Emergency crews are urging everyone to have a safe long weekend.
Oyster River Fire Chief Bruce Green says there are simple things you can do to make sure you stay safe. He says if you’re out having a fire, make sure you have the proper equipment to put out the fire.
Green says the biggest tip to stay safe on the roads this weekend and throughout the summer is to have patience and give yourself lots of time to get to your destination so you’re not rushed.
