Valley schools ready to go for Monday
In the Comox Valley, a mad scramble continues behind the scenes, prepping schools to open up on Monday. Goat News spoke with local Superintendent Sherry Elwood.
Elwood says CUPE staff will play a key role in preparing for the new, albeit delayed school year..
Elwood says schools will be ready for Monday’s half day session…but don’t expect perfection.
Elwood says the actual length of the school year, including a full Spring Break, will not change for this school year. Check out the District 71 website for more information on school openings.
