New Colonel Takes Over at 19 Wing

A new Colonel has taken over as base commander at 19 Wing Comox.

Colonel Mike Atkins took over from Colonel Tom Dunne at a change of command ceremony Monday morning.

Dunne says he’s enjoyed his time at 19 Wing and the team work of all the members and families here at the base.

Incoming Base Commander, Colonel Mike Atkins says he’s looking forward to serving in Comox.

Dunne will now be moving to Washington, DC to work at the Canadian Embassy.
