Stage two watering restrictions are now in place for the Comox Valley Water System.
Manager of Water Services with the Comox Valley Regional District, Mike Herschmiller says the inflows into the lake have dropped to the point where more water is leaving the lake than is coming in.
He says overall the reservoir is in good shape for this time of year.
The primary change with stage two is how often you can water your lawn, which will be two days a week instead of on odd and even days.
