Officials have released the name of the pilot killed in a plane crash in Powell River.
The twin-engine plane came down near Joyce Avenue on Monday.
Coroner Barb McLintock says 54-year old David Thomas Tetarenko was from the lower mainland.
The coroners service, along with RCMP and the transportation safety board are investigating the crash.
