Better Business Bureau urging caution when hiring third-parties

The Vancouver Island Better Business Bureau is warning people to be cautious when it comes to third-party providers to help fill out applications.

President Rosalind Scott says there are a number of third-party agencies that will help fill out documents, for a fee, but not all of them are legitimate.

She says be wary of anyone who encourages you to give false information on an official form.

Scott notes that many agencies offer free support to help fill out their forms and applications.
