The City of Courtenay is hosting the MISA conference this week.
City GIS Coordinator Neil Borecky says the Municipal Information Systems Association conference is a chance for staff from different cities and towns to share information. He says MISA BC promotes the sharing of ideas.
About 350 delegates will be attending the conference, which is taking place in downtown Courtenay.
The city is advising that there will be parking restrictions around the Florence Filberg Centre and the Native Sons Hall while the event is going on.
