Open house tonight for latest Habitat build

Habitat for Humanity Vancouver Island North is looking for families for its next build.

Spokesperson Karen Bezaire says the organization is holding an open house this evening, for families interested in being partners in its next build in the Comox Valley. A project overview will be given tonight, as well as the criteria for becoming involved.

Bezaire says they are also looking for those interested in helping out with the build.

She says tonight’s open house is a good opportunity for attendees to find out exactly what Habitat for Humanity is all about.

The open house is at the Lewis Centre in Courtenay, starting at 6:30 PM.
