A 42 year old Courtenay man is facing murder charges following a double homicide in Courtenay early Wednesday morning.
Police were called out to reports of shots being fired at a home on Urquhart avenue and found a man and woman deceased inside the home.
Two other men who were found inside the home were arrested.

The RCMP Forensic Identification Section and the B-C Coroners Service are working on the investigation.
