Road and bridge improvements have been completed to make it easier to get to and from Gold River.
Janelle Erwin with the Ministry of Transportation says the Saunders Creek Bridge replacement has been finished. She says the new bridge is two lanes and also provides more room for cyclists and pedestrians.
The Ministry has also completed a $3.3 million road resurfacing project on sections of Highway 28 near Buttle Narrows. For more details on the bridge replacement project, visit CMF Construction‘s website.
