Planning is underway to build a new Fire Hall for the Cumberland Fire Department.
Village Mayor Leslie Baird says the old fire hall is not up to modern standards or requirements for a fire hall. Baird says the Village has purchased land for the new location near Peace Park.
Baird says they are working with a consultant to develop a conceptual design and costing report.
Baird says they are hoping to have the design report in hand within the next few months.
