Donations pour in for Tour de Rock

Year in and year out, Cumberland hair stylist Jean Cameron goes to bat for the Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock, offering up her hair shaving services in local fundraising efforts. Tour de Rock spokesperson Lisa Harrison says almost 40-thousand dollars has been raised in nearly 24 hours in the valley stop, with online donations still to be tallied up. The Tour de Rock is now headed down island after collecting thousands of dollars in donations from various North Island communities.
