No doubt we got a pretty good dousing of the wet stuff this week, but believe it or not it barely made a dent in those extreme dry conditions on the Puntledge River. So says Stephen Watson, who speaks for BC Hydro.
Watson says the Puntledge River Generating Station has been out of service for several months and will stay that way for a while yet.
Watson says BC Hydro staff will continue to ensure minimum river flows for various fall fisheries.
