19 Wing evacuates crewman on board freighter

A tricky evacuation for 19 Wing Comox, as they were tasked to help out a crewman on board a freighter, who was having a medical emergency.

Captain Trevor Reid with 19 Wing says, 442 squadron was sent out to the west coast of Sandspit, about 300 kilometers off shore.

Captain Reid says the man was in stable condition when they put him in the ambulance.
