Tom Grant running for Mayor of Comox

With municipal elections fast approaching, longtime Comox councilor Tom Grant has announced that he’s running for Mayor.

Grant is finishing up his fourth term as a Comox councilor, and says he wants to see some change come to the town.

Grant adds a campaign office is being set up in the Comox mall, in the old Bobby’s Deli location, and will open up on October 1st. Grant is encouraging anyone looking for more information to stop by.

The only other confirmed candidate in the mayoral race for Comox so far is the incumbent, Mayor Paul Ives.
