The City of Courtenay wants to hear your thoughts on the five-year financial plan.

CAO David Allen says the draft document can be seen on the city’s website, and staff is welcoming residents feedback on the plan.

“Something new for this year…is that we have capital projects document that actually lists out on individual pages the different capital projects we’re proposing for this year. There’s [gonna be] a map that goes along with that and that will help people visualize and understand where those capital projects are taking place,” he says.

Residents have until Friday to submit feedback.

Allen says the plan is expected to be adopted on May 8th, 2017.
