Trick or Treaters about to catch a break
Some good news for all you Trick-or-Treaters out there!

Scott says it should turn out to be a fairly dry Halloween night, with minimal winds.
Scott says periods of rain will make a huge comeback next week though as the storm season ramps up, with plenty of showers in the forecast for much of the week.
