Christmas market coming on November 30th

The holiday season is coming to the City of Courtenay a little early this year, as a new Christmas Market is set for November 30th at the Native Son’s Hall.

Event Coordinator Serena Sellentin has the details on this event, which she says is for all ages.

Sellentin says there’s going to be tons of stuff to do, including a photo booth, and a silent Christmas tree auction. Proceeds from the auction will go to the Cumberland Community Forest Society.

It costs $5 to enter, and that comes with a cup of malt cider.

The market will be on the go from 10 am till 6 pm on November 30th.
