Now this is what the Christmas sprit of giving is all about!
Kevin Reimer is the Principal of Ecole Puntledge Park Elementary School in Courtenay and says every student in the school recently walked over to the food bank on McPhee Avenue in Courtenay.
Reimer says this is definitely a crucial time of year for the food bank, and their supplies needed to be topped up.
Reimer says parents, school staff and the community, also threw their support behind this week’s food bank campaign.
