Hospice looking for people to take part in study

The Comox Valley Hospice Society is getting $5,000. The seed grant is for researching the experience of people grieving loved ones who chose medically assisted dying, also known as MAiD.

The grant comes from the BC Centre for Palliative Care which supports non-profits striving to improve the everyday experiences of those affected by serious illness or who are close to the end of their life.

The Comox Valley Hospice Society is inviting people impacted by MAiD to take part in the study. Anyone interested can email Ruth Barry at [email protected] for more details.
