WestJet has announced additional daily service from the Comox Valley Airport (YQQ) to the Vancouver International Airport (YVR), starting on December 14th, 2017.
The scheduled flight times on the 78-seat Q400 aircraft are:

- Depart YVR at 2:20 PM, arrive at YQQ at 3:04 PM
- Depart YQQ at 3:35 PM, arrive at YVR at 4:18 PM
The daily flights will be in addition to the existing multiple daily flights WestJet operates via Calgary and Edmonton.
Comox Valley Airport CEO Fred Bigelow says this is great news for the terminal going into the Winter travel season.
“It means that our passengers have great choices. They can connect again through Vancouver, Calgary or through Edmonton – and that’s to say nothing to our non-stop service down to Puerto Vallarta. They’ve got options available to meet their travel needs and take the airline that they want to take.”
