Courtenay Council has said “NO” to giving the Leaf Compassion Cannabis Dispensary a business license.
Council voted 4-1 to confirm the denial of giving the store-front a license. Mayor Larry Jangula and Councillor Erik Eriksson were absent for the meeting. Councillor David Frisch served as Acting Mayor.
Leaf Compassion has been raided twice by Comox Valley RCMP since opening for business on October 1st.
