Comox splash pad opens early

COMOX, B.C. – Residents looking to cool off this weekend and enjoy some family fun can head over to Comox Marina Park.

The water was turned on at the park at noon on Friday. Initially, the park was slated to open over the Victoria Day long weekend.

“It’s a great opportunity for kids and families to get outdoors and play in the Town’s newly installed Splash Pad,” said Parks Superintendent Al Fraser, in a release.

Water will be on every day at the park between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
