RCMP looking for two men on charges of assault, trafficking

COURTENAY, B.C- The Comox Valley RCMP are looking for two men this week.

The first man is Timothy Pasay, a 49 year old man. He stands five feet and 11 inches tall, and weighs 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

He’s wanted for two counts of breach of recognizance, assaulting a police officer causing bodily harm, disarming a police officer, and obstructing a police officer. He’s also wanted on four counts of failing to appear and assault.

The second man is Steve Earl Basaraba, a 61 year old man. He stands five feet and 11.5 inches tall, and weighs 252 pounds. He has grey hair and brown eyes.

He is wanted for trafficking of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

If anyone has any information on either man’s location, they are asked to contact the Comox Valley RCMP.
