CAMPBELL RIVER, B.C- Motorists on the Old Island Highway needed to find an alternate route this evening.
A crash along the road closed the highway where it meets the intersection of Henry Road, in the Stories Beach area.
The road was re-opened by 6:10 p.m.
Two vehicles are believed to have been involved, and no information on injuries is available at this time.
