BC Ferries has cancelled two sailings between Little River and Powell River this morning, the 6:15 from Comox, and the 8:05 from Powell River. This is according to a release from BC Ferries:

Please be advised that the following Salish Orca scheduled sailings have been cancelled due to a crewing issue:
6:15 am departure from Little River
8:05 am departure from Powell River
A crew member will be meeting the vessel and sailings will resume with the scheduled 9:55 am departure from Little River.
Your safety is important to us, and we require a specific number of crew members on board the vessel to ensure the safety of our passengers in the unlikely event of an emergency and to comply with Transport Canada regulations.
We request that customers with reservations check in at the terminals in accordance with the scheduled sailing times, to maintain their reserved status.
