Comox Valley Ground Search and Rescue crews going full tilt

Still no sign of missing Cumberland resident, 65 year old Jaimie Sproule, who ventured out from his home on Comox Lake Road yesterday at 1 p.m. for his daily walk and hasn’t been seen since. Scott Larson is a senior search manager with Comox Valley Ground Search and Rescue.

Larson says scores of searchers are scouring the wooded area this afternoon.

Meanwhile Sproule suffers from dementia and parkinson’s, and may have difficulty speaking.
Sproule is described as: 6’3, 200 lbs, last seen wearing a grey stanfield wooly work vest, khaki canvas pants, and black runners. Cumberland locals are asked to check their properties, including sheds, boats and under tarps.

If you have any information on the whereabouts of Jamie SPROULE, please contact the Comox Valley RCMP at 250-338-1321.
