Comox Valley RCMP looking for stolen travel trailer

COURTENAY, B.C. – A 32-foot Surveyor by Forest River travel trailer was stolen on October 13th.

According to a news release from the Comox Valley RCMP, the trailer was at the Lighthouse RV Park, which is located at 8260 Island Highway South in Fanny Bay. Someone driving a silver or light coloured Chevrolet SUV reportedly hooked up the travel trailer to their car and drove away.

“The travel trailer has a solar panel on the top and had BC Licence Plate WDX25B attached to the back at the time of the theft, ” said Cst. Monika Terragni, the Comox Valley RCMP’s media relations officer. 

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Comox Valley RCMP at 250-338-1321 and refer to file 2018-14651.Residents who wish to stay anonymous can contact the Comox Valley Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or submit a tip at comoxvalleycrimestoppers.bc.ca.
