OYSTER RIVER B.C – Fire crews are currently on scene battling a brush fire near Oyster River.
Unconfirmed reports suggest the fire is between two and three hectares in size.
The initial call came in around 3:30 p.m, and around 3:45 p.m Oyster River requested assistance from Courtenay and Cumberland engines.
