City of Courtenay looking to fill spots for Canada Day

COURTENAY, B.C – The City of Courtenay is looking for vendors and parade applicants to take part in the Canada Day celebrations this year.

They are currently taking applications for the July 1st celebrations and have said vendors that apply by May 31st will get a 20 per cent discount on table fees.

According to the city, over 10,000 people attend Canada Day celebrations in the Comox Valley and vendors will be able to sell their items in the evening of June 30th and July 1st.
