Comox Bike Company’s YANA bike ride just weeks away

The Comox Bike Company’s yearly YANA charity ride is just around the corner.

This year’s event will take place on August 18th at Marina Park.

The ride is a unique, fun and challenging route through the Comox Valley with all proceeds heading to You Are Not Alone (YANA).

YANA is a registered charity available to Comox Valley families who need to travel for the medical care of a child under 19, or a pregnant mother.

Those who take part will have the option of riding through a 25km, 50km or 100km loop or a much smaller 6km family ride.

It is open for all ages and Comox Bike Company says the event is open for “riders of all ages to cycle together regardless of level.”

Last year, 600 riders raised over $70,000 for YANA and its initiatives.
