Merville entry takes top trophy at Courtenay Canada Day parade

The results are in from the Canada Day parade in Courtenay.

The Merville Community Association takes home the Billy Browne Jr. CFCP Memorial Trophy as this year’s Best Overall Entry.  

The trophy had been awarded in the past up until 1996 and has now made its return in 2019.  

The trophy will be on display in possession of the winner of the Best Overall Entry from this year’s parade and will be up for grabs again next year.

Prize money can be picked up at the Florence Filberg Centre  Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm after August 6th.
