Lazo Road construction starting September 9th

More construction is on the way for Comox, this time on Lazo Road.

Mainroad says its crews will be installing a new culvert along of Lazo Road, between Colby Road and Brent Road.

Work is scheduled to start Monday September 9th and finish on Friday, September 27th.

Mainroad says the road will be reduced to single lanes from 8:00am to 4:00pm on a daily basis.

It is reminding drivers to slow down and respect crews as they work.
