UPDATE: RCMP arrest wanted man

UPDATE: The RCMP says Colt Dodge has been found and remains in custody.   The police are thanking the public of its help.

The Comox Valley RCMP has issued an arrest warrant for Colt Thomas Dodge.

The RCMP says he is actively avoiding the police and efforts to find the 21-year-old have come up short. Dodge is wanted for failure to comply with probation, breach of undertaking or recognizance, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

He is approximately 5’11” tall with short black hair and blue eyes. If you know anything about Colt Dodge’s whereabouts you’re asked to call the Comox Valley RCMP at (250) 338-1321 and refer to file number 2019-13085 or get in touch with the Comox Valley Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or online at this website.

If you see him the RCMP says do not approach him and call 911 immediately.
