Another round of teachers job action on the way

Here we go again!

A third wave of rotating job action by BC teachers will kick off next Wednesday, and that means a long weekend for Comox Valley students as local teachers pull the plug next Friday. Goat News spoke with Sherry Elwood, Superintendent of District 71.

Meanwhile Elwood says teachers are set to vote on a full scale province wide walkout shortly.

There is still no sign of a settlement in the BC teachers contract dispute.
