Comox road work expected this week

The Town of Comox says some work is expected along Anderton Road this week.

A contractor will be resurfacing sections of the road at the Anderton and Noel intersection tomorrow morning starting at 9:30am.

As the day progresses the contractor will be moving down towards Pritchard Road and the work is expected to be completed by tomorrow afternoon.

The town says a separate contractor will be working on the traffic signals later this week at Anderton and Noel as well.

On Thursday and Friday, crews will be reinstating the traffic signal sensors at the intersection.

Traffic control personnel will be on-site to guide traffic through the work zones.
