Comox hosting public hearing for water bottling

The Town of Comox wants to hear from you about water bottling.

It’s holding a public hearing tomorrow night on Zoning Bylaw Amendment 1927.

The town says the bylaw would determine whether or not residents will be able to bottle water that doesn’t come from the municipal water system.

You can voice your opinion on the matter by emailing the town, dropping off a written statement or by speaking at the meeting.

All town property would be affected by this proposed bylaw.

The public hearing will take place at Comox council chambers at 1801B Beaufort Avenue starting at 6:30pm.
