Comox Valley restaurant giving free food for the holidays

A popular fried chicken restaurant is giving back to the community this holiday season.

Frankie’s Fried Chicken, on Comox Road, is giving out a free three-piece chicken meal to anyone who visits during their Community Christmas Party next week.

Lindsay Sieber, one of the restaurant’s founders says the reason behind the giveaway is simply to say thank you to the community.

“We’re hosting a Christmas party for the whole community, everybody can come down and get a free three-piece box from us. We’re so grateful for the community for accepting us and welcoming us so we just want to say thanks and Merry Christmas.”

You’ll get three pieces of chicken, fries and two donut bites with your meal when you visit but keep in mind, it will only be one order per person and until they run out of chicken.

The Frankies Fried Chicken Christmas Party takes place on December 10th from 1:00pm until 4:00pm.
