There is a new man at the helm in Comox.
Jordan Wall is the town’s new Chief Administrative Officer.
The town says Wall brings “a wealth of attributes” to the leadership role.
He comes from Tumbler Ridge, where he has served as their CAO since 2016.
Mayor Russ Arnott said Wall’s knowledge is wide-ranging and includes relevant hands-on experience in administration, management and economic development.
“He is known for building and sustaining strong relationships with the community,” Arnott said.
Arnott added that he and council “are very pleased with the experience and skills Mr. Wall brings to the position, and we look forward to working with him to realize the strategic direction and vision we share for our community.”
Among other duties, the CAO advises and informs council on the operations and affairs of the municipality.
He will take the reins by May 11th.
