Northern Gateway Pipeline approved

The Northern Gateway pipeline has been approved by the Federal government, as long as the 209 recommendations put forward by a joint review panel in December are met.

Locally, Courtenay Mayor Larry Jangula says, it’s the right call.

The pipeline will begin in Alberta, eventually working it’s way to Kitimat, BC.
