Pilots ready to take flight at Comox Air Show

It’s almost here! The Comox Air Show is set to take flight on August 15th, and crews are deep in training.

Goat News spoke with CF-18 pilot Denis Beaulieu to find out what training is like. He says they take to the skies 2 times a day.

Beaulieu gets into more detail on the types of maneuvers performed and says weather can effect the performance.

He says as far as terrain is concerned, every show is going to be different, but Comox offers a great practice field, especially over water.
