Elderly Comox Valley woman airlifted to hospital after being struck by truck

A Comox Valley woman is in the hospital after being hit by a truck over the weekend.

The Comox Valley RCMP confirm that on Sunday around 3:05 pm a 71-year old woman was crossing the street at Anderton Road and Comox Avenue when she was struck by a vehicle turning right.
