Back to the drawing board for 3L Developments

Nanaimo based company 3L Developments will have to go back to the drawing board, as their application to have the regional growth strategy amended so they could develop houses and trails in the Stotan Falls area has been rejected by the Regional District board.

Ann MacDonald with the CVRD explains their decision.

Leigh Carter with the CVRD says, 3L is welcome to try again.

However, Kable Atwall with 3L Developments says, there doesn’t seem to be much point in trying.

Atwall says they’re looking at their legal options.
