Annual Boys and Girls Club Golf Tournament set to go

Plans are kicking into high gear for the upcoming Comox Valley Boys and Girls Club 13th Annual Golf Tournament at Courtenay’s Crown Isle Golf Resort.

We spoke with event spokesperson Robin Smart, who says organizers need more players and auction items.

Smart says this is a crucial fundraiser for the group, and helps provide a wide range of summer time activities for valley youth, who would normally not be able to take part in those programs.

Smart says their local programs really make a difference in the community.

The Comox Valley Boys and Girls Club 13th Annual Golf Tournament will be held at Courtenay’s Crown Isle Golf Resort on Friday May 29th.
