Canada Day scorcher in the books

Rave reviews for Canada Day festivities in Courtenay, with huge crowds showing up for a full slate of family friendly activities. Goat News spoke with Courtenay Mayor Larry Jangula in Lewis Park.

Jangula says the big Canada Day Parade went off without a hitch.

Meanwhile former Courtenay Mayor Ron Webber says preparations are already into high gear to celebrate the 100th birthday of the City of Courtenay next year.
