CVRD and CityWest holding information sessions about Hornby and Denman islands high-speed internet

A vote will be held on Nov. 27 regarding financing high-speed internet infrastructure for Hornby and Denman islands.

Over 1,350 households are expected to see their internet speed improve because of this initiative.

The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) and CityWest will be presenting sessions next month to inform people about the elector assent and the initiative.

The sessions will be taking place over Zoom or telephone.

The presentations will be held on Oct. 6 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm and Oct. 7 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

People will be able to access recordings after the sessions.

The CVRD and CityWest are inviting residents to register for the event here or by calling 250-334-6073.
