Traffic and pedestrian delays scheduled around Beaufort Avenue next week

Construction crews will be doing work in Comox around 1751 Beaufort Avenue on Feb. 15 and Feb. 18 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Drivers and pedestrians will experience delays in the area because of the work such as single-lane alternating traffic and sidewalk closures.

Traffic control personnel will be directing traffic.

The bus stop near 1757 Beaufort Avenue will be placed slightly to the west from 7:00 am until 12:00 pm.

The Town of Comox is asking pedestrians and those driving non-local vehicles to avoid the area.
