Snowbirds return to 19 Wing Comox for training

The Canadian Forces Snowbirds are back at 19 Wing Comox for their annual spring training.

The training kicked off Tuesday and runs until May 10.

The 431 Air Demonstration Squadron will be working on their formations and aerobatics in the area.

The sessions this year are unique as the squadron is at an earlier stage in their training because of complications in the winter such as adverse weather and COVID-19 restrictions.

Non-pass holders will be able to access Air Force Beach on April 23, 24 and 30 and May 1, 7 and 8.
