Graduation day on the way for SAR Techs

It’s graduation day on Thursday at 19 Wing Comox for a group of eleven SAR Techs.

The grads will be taking part in the Canadian Forces School of Search and Rescue’s graduation parade for the Search and Rescue Technician Course 48.

Chief Warrant Officer Jeff Warden says the grads will kick off the ceremony by parachuting into the CFB Comox airfield.

Brigadier-General Michel Lalumière, the Director General Space and a former 19 Wing Commander, will be the Reviewing Officer of the parade on Thursday.
