Cups for Cancer raising funds to send families to Camp Goodtimes

The Tour de Rock starts in September. And Cups for Cancer is one of the groups helping to raise money for the event and to send families to Camp Goodtimes.

The founder of the organization, Kandi Wood, says the camp offers up a chance for the whole family to enjoy themselves and come together when faced with cancer.

Camp Goodtimes provides a safe and medically supervised experience for kids and their families.

Cups for Cancer holds a fundraising barrel race every year. In 2014, they were able to raise enough money to send 8 families to Camp Goodtimes.

To find out more about the group, you can visit their Facebook page.
